Full Stack Developer (React/Node.js)

About the Role

Join a high-performing product engineering team at a leading fintech as a Full Stack Developer. You'll work across the entire development lifecycle — from building intuitive UIs to designing scalable backend services. What You’ll Do 

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React (frontend) and Node.js (backend)
• Work collaboratively with designers, product managers, and QA to deliver quality features
• Write clean, efficient, testable code following best practices (TDD, CI/CD)
• Contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews
• Optimise application performance and scalability 

Tech Stack 

• Frontend: React, TypeScript, Redux, Material UI
• Backend: Node.js, Express, REST APIs
• Database: MongoDB, PostgreSQL
• Tools: Git, Docker, AWS, Jira, GitHub Actions 

What We’re Looking 

• For 3+ years' experience in full stack web development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Experience with RESTful APIs and database design
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Bonus: Experience with GraphQL, CI/CD pipelines, or unit testing frameworks
